WARRANTY POLICY

This warranty policy applies exclusively to Polypropylene Pumps manufactured and/or supplied by Ambica Machine Tools. It does not apply to any other product category.

1. Warranty Period

Unless a different period is specifically stated in the quotation or written order confirmation, the warranty period for the covered Polypropylene Pump is:

Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing and workmanship defects in the pump, subject to inspection and the terms below.

2. What Is Covered

During the applicable warranty period, Ambica Machine Tools will evaluate claims relating to manufacturing or workmanship defects in the Polypropylene Pump. After technical inspection, Ambica Machine Tools may repair the defective pump or component, replace the defective component, or provide another appropriate corrective solution at its discretion.

3. Motor and Electrical Components Excluded

The motor is not covered under Ambica Machine Tools' Polypropylene Pump warranty. Electrical components, wiring, switches, starters, cables, control panels and other electrical accessories are also excluded from this warranty, unless specifically confirmed in writing.

If a motor or electrical component is supplied by a third-party manufacturer, any applicable warranty for that component will be subject to that manufacturer's own warranty terms and approval. Ambica Machine Tools does not guarantee third-party warranty coverage.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage, failure or deterioration caused by:

• Normal wear and tear or consumable parts.
• Dry running, cavitation, blockage, improper suction conditions or incorrect installation.
• Operation beyond the specified pressure, temperature, flow or other operating limits.
• Use with chemicals or liquids that are incompatible with the pump materials.
• Improper operation, inadequate maintenance or failure to follow operating instructions.
• Accidental damage, impact, mishandling, improper storage or damage during transportation after delivery.
• Unauthorized dismantling, repair, alteration or modification.

5. Conditions for Warranty

• The pump must be installed and operated according to the applicable instructions and specifications.
• The pump must be used only for a suitable application and compatible liquid.
• The customer must maintain the pump properly and operate it within its rated limits.
• Warranty claims are subject to inspection and confirmation that the defect is covered by this policy.

6. Warranty Claim Procedure

To request a warranty evaluation, contact Ambica Machine Tools and provide the invoice or order reference, pump model, installation date, a description of the problem and photographs or videos where available. Do not dismantle or repair the affected pump before receiving instructions from Ambica Machine Tools.

The pump or affected component may need to be returned to the designated facility for inspection. Transportation, removal, reinstallation, labour, site visits and other related expenses are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Warranty

If a claim is accepted, the remedy will be limited to repair, replacement of the affected covered component, or another corrective action determined by Ambica Machine Tools after inspection. Repair or replacement does not automatically restart or extend the original warranty period.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty does not cover indirect or consequential losses, including production loss, plant shutdown, loss of revenue or damage to other equipment.

8. Final Warranty Statement

This policy applies only to Polypropylene Pumps supplied by Ambica Machine Tools and must be read together with the applicable quotation, order confirmation and product documentation. Any different warranty terms must be expressly agreed in writing.
